Laughter and noise at St. Patrick’s feast.
“Laughter and noise at St. Patrick’s feast” is a theater play that celebrates St. Patrick’s day with a Mexican twist. For the Irish, St. Patrick was the priest who converted them into the Catholic faith. For Latinos, St. Patrick’s day is one more reason to celebrate. In the United States, this day has become a feast that represents the Irish people. In “Laughter and noise on St. Patrick’s Day” several Latinos transform the Irish tradition into a very Mexican one, thus creating very funny situations. The play is written and directed by Mario Ramirez and produced by Jackie Torres.
